A scale model of the launcher system “Vil’kha” for exhibitions
is equipped with a movable swivel-lifting mechanism of the launch tube package. The model is fully designed in CAD, manufactured using 3D printing and classic prototyping technologies: milling on a 3-axis CNC machine, laser cutting, molding in silicone molds.
The model demonstrates the optimal arrangement of blocks for a new version of the “Vil’kha” armored launcher and modern technical solutions developed taking into account the requirements of state standards for automotive equipment.
Scale: 1:35
Materials: acrylic, polystyrene, copper, composite, PVC, chipboard, metal.
For production we used: 3D printing, 2D and 3D milling.
Production time: 25 days
Equipped with a transparent dome and shipping container

On a small scale of the model, almost all the details of the project were made: brushes, bolts on the hinges, a relief notch on the deck. Transparent windows in the cockpit have color tinting. All side lights are made, towing carabiners are made movable.
The hinged armor is precisely transferred and the elements of its fastening are worked out. Perforation on the steps of the cab is shown.
