Making of scale models of machinery
The professional model makers of our shop design and construct large-scale models of cars, mining equipment, ships. To make scale models in our shop means a rapid physical presentation of impressive visual and information impact. One of the most complicated problems of custom ship models and other machinery objects – a precise and smooth curvilinear surfaces. The contemporary technologies of:
- four and five-axis milling machines
- laser cutting
- 3d scalemodels print
followed by hand finishing is the best way to the highest quality in scale modeling.
Vacuum and pressure casting, self-hardening polymers, resin polyester compositions are used in design models of serial production. The additive manufacturing technologies are complemented with stereolithography –the highest quality possible in miniature making.
Any built and completed exhibition scale model has to be equipped with special stand or support, presentation packaging or security transportation box.
